The condo grounds themselves are nice, with plenty of space to sit outside and a quiet spot away from the sleek spots. The only problem was, when we rented through Booking.com, we thought it was a hotel because the landlord had described the building in photos (with a gym and a pool). At first, we couldn't figure out how to check in. Then we barely got through to the landlord, who sent us instructions. I'll warn you that these reservations are completely non-refundable. If you pay in advance, you'll forfeit the entire amount if you cancel part or all of your stay. A huge downside is that individual apartment owners are responsible for cleaning. To order cleaning and change linens or towels, you have to write and request it, and agree on a time. Ultimately, they couldn't get in while we were gone, so we had to clean the room ourselves. The washing machine is plugged in, but not connected to the water. Our room had two entrances to the bathroom and toilet, and it was impossible to have privacy; you could see and hear from all sides. Choose the room layout more carefully if you do decide to check in.
I booked this place through Agoda but it got cancelled last minute when I received the email confirmation weeks ahead. They were pretty unresponsive when i enquired about the self checkin and only replied instructions would be sent on the checkin date at 3pm, but ended up not sending any instructions/further communication at all because they/Agoda cancelled my booking at the last minute.
The elevators are fast, and you don't have to wait long. However, the sauna is out of service, and parking is a problem: guests are not allowed on the premises. You need to obtain a special pass from the administrator; otherwise, you have to leave your vehicle outside.
