Late at night at reception, I was walking with my boyfriend's father, who is a foreigner. I asked them to open the door for me because my boyfriend had the key card. They raised their voice, sounded irritated, and said they were sending some work...
A very well-run residential complex, clean and quiet. Large pool, well-equipped gym, very friendly security everywhere, and the management staff are always nice and helpful. Unfortunately, after six weeks, I have to revise my positive opinion. The organization here in Building B and the complex as a whole is worse than one could imagine. A power outage was announced for one day due to repairs, so I left the building for that day and went on a day trip. A week later, there was another notice about a power outage, but the common areas and elevators were supposed to be working. Unfortunately, this was incorrect information, and I, as someone with mobility issues, had to walk down 30 flights of stairs. Another week later, the cleaning of the water tanks was announced for three days, along with restrictions on the water supply. Why not do this at the same time as the power outage? Today is the summer festival, widely advertised, with live music and free entry, plus 5 food stalls, but for drinks you're sent to 7-Eleven, even though there's a T&T minimart in the building that would have gladly sold drinks.
