Over priced

I would strongly advise anyone considering this apartment complex to look elsewhere. Living here has been a constant experience of being nickel-and-dimed for every little thing. If you’re locked out of your apartment, expect to be charged. If you submit a maintenance request, expect long delays and poor communication. The final straw was when my air conditioning stopped working during weather around 35°C (95°F). Instead of treating a non-functioning AC unit as an urgent issue, management informed me that the swimming pool was a higher priority than restoring air conditioning for paying tenants. I was effectively told that tenants were a secondary concern. The pattern has been clear: collecting fees and protecting amenities seems to take precedence over providing basic service and support to residents. If you value responsive management, timely maintenance, and feeling like your concerns matter, I would not recommend this property.
