Excellent condominium with very friendly staff. Always quick to respond with a greeting. The location is first-class and the one-bedroom apartments are spacious.
Somehow the condo administration managed to remove many negative reviews about the condition of the condo itself and even more about the juristic office staff, who will never help you if problems arise and will speak to you in a rude and disrespectful manner. I’ve been living in Thailand for many years, but this is the first time I’ve encountered such treatment. I absolutely do not recommend renting or buying property in this condo.
