Booked and given villa 322 through Airbnb. It was very expensive with horrible house manager ‘Mew’ who did not care about making sure everything works let alone being responsive. It stank of dead body from the sewage, air conditioning were not working properly and no water for 2 out of 3 nights we stayed. Nothing was fixed. Will not recommend at all.
On top of that, after going through formal route with Airbnb, whilst she didn’t reply to any of our messages when we were asking for help and kindly requesting for amicable solution, we received a petty message with “Congrates for getting refund. lThis is so disapointing. Helping you of good will, giving you a better place to stay, get refunded and bad review. Did your friends all know you got refunded?” …
