I feel this place isn't very safe for my pets because there are many stray dogs around the condo area. Today, I witnessed someone feeding these stray dogs, even though the condo has a rule against feeding pets.
These people continue to do so, and the stray dogs have attacked my dog several times. I told this man not to feed the stray dogs, and he claimed he does it every day. The management has seen it but hasn't taken any decisive action or imposed a fine; instead, they've let this happen repeatedly. The security guards seem to consider it normal, even though the rules clearly state that feeding pets is prohibited.
I don't understand why they're letting this slide.
The location is good, but the building is deteriorating very quickly. There are many vacant units, trees are growing everywhere, and there's a lot of bird droppings. The drainage system is terrible, and the management is getting worse every day. They didn't mention that pets were allowed when selling. It's noisy and smelly. It's not good for living in, a bad investment to sell (resulting in a loss), and difficult to rent out due to frequent system changes.
