A secluded beach, not crowded.

The condo is quiet and suitable for relaxation, but the security guards are terrible. They seem to apply double standards, speak rudely, and don't provide good advice to tenants. They act like guards watching over prisoners (those who pay to relax). The night shift security guards are particularly problematic. I understand the rules, but they should treat Thai people like they treat foreigners. Even foreigners have reviewed the condo negatively, saying they paid to fly from America to rent a place for a month-long vacation only to encounter such poor service. The owner might also be negatively affected by the security guards; they probably won't rent a place here again. Hotels would be better. My mother sent food with my younger brother during the evening/night shift. The security guard seemed to enjoy causing problems for the family. My brother wanted to wait inside because of the food, but the guard acted like he didn't want him to wait and suggested he take it outside. The people in the unit above or below are smoking marijuana, and the smell is very strong and disruptive.

Nice condo. And whoever was talking about feet? They took me somewhere, it's not clear where... Do you need someone to wash your feet? It's very convenient for me: just go around the corner, turn on the faucet, and wash them. Very convenient. Regarding security, everything was fine; no one said anything or bothered anyone. The sauna is a bit tired, of course, but you can have a steam bath, which is a plus. Nice pool. The old man who was wearing a suit and applying lotion before going in the pool was annoying, though; it's not pleasant. Overall, everything was good and convenient. Great neighborhood. And whoever's writing negative comments, you're in the wrong place. You should go to an apartment, but unfortunately, you don't have the money for one, and that's the whole reason. Great condo, and don't listen to anyone.
