A wonderful option for a relaxing getaway: cozy and charming, in a great location. We stayed here in July 2026 and absolutely loved it. The apartment is located in a quiet area, not far from the city center—just a 15-minute drive away. The balcony offers beautiful views. The Seven Seas Cote d'Azur condominium itself is simply stunning. The grounds feature three courtyards, each with a wonderful pool with waterslides for both children and adults. The condo also features an excellent gym, sauna, and restaurant. Everything is spotlessly clean, and the staff and residents are very polite. Two 7-Eleven stores, a Russian Kitchen store, currency exchange, and car rental are located right on the building, making it incredibly convenient. The complex also has its own laundry room.

A good condo for both wintering and permanent residence. It's great value for money. The common areas are well-maintained, and children will love it. Just don't rent it by the day. Firstly, it's illegal, and you and the owner risk getting the police called every time. Secondly, I want to keep it a quiet, family-friendly place.
