This is a condominium bearing the name of a global hotel brand, which was reportedly selling very well, with approximately 60% already sold. Initially, it was said to be completed by the end of 2026, and that the land was secured as it was freehold. However, as of October 2025, the sales office is closed. Furthermore, it is impossible to contact the developer, Habitat Group, or Habitat Wogamat, and it seems unlikely that this building will ever be constructed. (Updated November 2025) Google Maps lists it as "temporarily closed," but this is false; there are actually no staff members, and it is "closed down." The developer, Habitat Group, is facing numerous civil lawsuits, and it appears that all staff except the CEO have been laid off or have resigned, making it impossible to contact anyone. (Updated April 2026) I stand in strong solidarity with the Thai buyers, but foreign buyers should be especially careful. It seems that a group of people, including Thais and foreigners, will need to confront the habitat group. (Updated: April 2026) Furthermore, there has been no communication whatsoever with the developer, Habitat Group and Habitat Wongamat. At this point, it is highly doubtful that this building will ever be constructed. I stand in strong solidarity with Thai buyers, but foreign buyers should be especially cautious. Both Thai and foreign purchasers may need to unite collectively to confront Habitat Group.
