Dusit Grand Park and its newer sister Dusit Grand Park 2, completed in 2022 on the same soi, are low-rise resorts just over a kilometre from the beach, with lagoon pools and a shuttle bus to the beach. The Riviera Jomtien is a 46-storey tower 200 metres from the sand, known for its sky pools on the 37th and 42nd floors. It has more of our rentals than any other building, 11 units from ฿20,000 to ฿45,000 a month, and three of them take a shorter lease.
