View Talay Villas is a gated community of 120 single-storey pool villas off Jomtien Second Road, completed around 2005–2010. It is minutes from Jomtien Beach and the Jomtien Night Market, and every villa has its own private pool and Thai-Bali inspired architecture.
Residents share a clubhouse, a fitness centre, an adult pool and a separate children's pool, a pool bar with a BBQ area and landscaped gardens. There is off-road parking and 24-hour security with CCTV and an on-site guard office.

Viewpoint Village is a long-established gated estate off Chaiyapruek Soi 1, roughly 800 metres from the beach, completed between 2004 and 2008. Its two-storey villas have 3 to 7 bedrooms on plots of 320–430 m², each with a private pool and garden.
